The vintage
A year in which the weather was hot in the summer and rainy and humid in the other seasons, requiring limited treatments and resulting in perfect disease control. Under such circumstances, grapes were able to mature to perfection, resulting in excellent quality and a 35% rise in production. Moreover, in light of current phytosanitary protection, we implemented a treatment, fertilisation and sowing program to replenish soil structure.
