A memorable year, with a variable spring of unfavourable frosts, followed by a rainy and sunny summer, replenishing vegetative walls for excellent levels of photosynthesis. In such conditions, phytosanitary treatments and natural foliar fertilisation resulted in the thickening of skin and the greater resistance of vines to all diseases. Ultimately this ensured optimal grape ripening and an excellent quality product.
