The vintage
A year in which rainy and cold spring weather delayed the growth cycle, requiring us to intervene with early leaf stripping and targeted thinning in vigorous areas.
Early action followed by improved weather enabled us to monitor phytosanitary diseases and optimise the grape ripening period.
Satisfactory sugar levels were reached in such conditions, with an excellent harvest both in terms of quantity and quality.
