Here, with a total La Gatta brand wine production of 3,500 hl per year, we guarantee the excellence of Valtellina Superiore with controlled and warranted designations of origin (DOC/DOCG), Sforzato di Valtellina DOCG, and Rhaetian Alps PGI.
Set in the typical Valtellina valley, the grapes of our vine fields prosper. Rich in the character of the local terroir, they are part of a varied and quality offering, which includes red and white wines of Valtellina, Muscat, Triacca Brut spumante and Nebbiolo Grappa.
Grape varieties are mostly red, 94% Nebbiolo. 5% is Sauvignon Blanc and the remaining 1% Pink Muscat.
